The money that the buyer pays is for the reservation for the limited edition product and for the product itself. That means that once you check out and pay, you reserve the product and our inventory will automatically update. Once the product is sold out, customers could no longer buy it online as we do not replenish stocks limited edition items.
This general “no refund” policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage or our decision to terminate your usage.While we make sure that these premium products are carefully made with 100% accuracy, it is inevitable that items may obtain damages in the process of transporting. Shoezi ships to countries around the world. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Please note that customers are liable for any VAT tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing goods. We don’t collect it beforehand and we can’t provide you an estimate of the value because it varies widely per country.

Due to the high volume of orders, during the vacation season or due to the pendeic you will experience extended intervals up to 3 weeks.
If a package shows as DELIVERED to your address, but is missing you need to report the lost to us procurable. Once you have got your lost package, we contact the courier and try to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be an entire loss, we’ll reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer.
